Walleye Wonderland

Hit the waters of Lake Minnetonka for an evening guide trip with Mike Ryan and his brother in law Blake Hastings and Mike was able to put "gold" in the boat when he landed this nice gravel lizard.  

It was the only raw rye we caught on this evening but it wasn't b/c of a lack of bites.  Between the bass and the missed walleyes these guys stayed busy.  

I will be back on the water every day this week and will report back with Lake Waconia and Lake Minnetonka fishing reports. Now that the bass season and the muskie season is also open I will have many more photo's and stories to come.  

Now is the time to get your guide trip for Lake Waconia or Lake Minnetonka booked.  Maybe you have relatives coming to town, or you just want to entertain with your clients or customers.  A day on the lake is tough to beat.
